Sberbank has mandated the following banks to arrange a $1.2bn syndicated loan:
ABN AMRO Bank N.V., The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. /BTMU/, Barclays Capital, Barclays Bank PLC /Barclays Capital/, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank AG London Branch, DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main; ING Bank N.V., Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Ireland plc, J.P. Morgan plc, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe Limited /SMBCE/, Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG and Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG, acting together under the name UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking /UniCredit/ and WestLB AG London Branch /WestLB/.
The loan will be launch into syndication shortly. The loan has a 3 year tenor and pays 85bp over Libor.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. |
